a fruit is a stone is an illustrated chapbook of 17 poems and 10 hand-drawn illustrations about the sediments and soils of Palestine. 

I am a planetary geologist who studies the sedimentology of Mars. I wrote this chapbook while reading the published research of Palestinian sedimentologists. The illustrations are based on photography by Palestinians.

All proceeds go to survival funds for Palestinians or towards eSIMs.
